NOTE 10 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During 2020, the Company engaged a member of the Board of Directors to provide administrative services for a 12-month period for a total of $15,000. The Company paid and expensed $0 for these services for the three and six months ended June 30, 2021 and 2020, respectively, and will expense the balance of $7,500 during 2021 consistent with the services provided per the agreement. |
