NOTE 10 – RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS During 2020, the Company engaged a former member of the Board of Directors to provide administrative services for a 12-month period for a total of $15,000, $7,500 of which was expensed in 2020. The Company paid and expensed $7,500 for these services during the third quarter of 2021, representing the balance of the services per the agreement. |
